HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE FAIR?
1. COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FORM
Download the application form from our website or fill out the online version. Send the signed form (scanned) to: dom@gr-sejem.si You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt.
2. APPLICATION PROCESSING
Your information will be entered into our event management system. This includes:
– exhibitor and co-exhibitor details,
– a short presentation of your company or organization for the fair’s website.
3. ORDERING ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT
Use the order form to request technical equipment, electricity and water connections, and other services for setting up your exhibition space.
Important: Please observe the submission deadlines listed below. We will also send timely reminders via email.
4. PREPARATION FOR THE FAIR
Before the event, you will receive detailed technical and logistical instructions regarding arrival and booth setup.

IMPORTANT DATES
- 25 November 2025 – Application deadline
- 10 February 2026 – Deadline for submitting a short presentation to be published on the website
- 10 February 2026 – Deadline for submitting lecture proposals to be held at the fair
- 10 February 2026 – Deadline for ordering technical connections and exhibition space equipment
- 10 February 2026 – Deadline for ordering booth graphics and advertising services
- 20 February 2026 – Deadline for submitting print-ready files for booth graphics
- 3 March 2026 – Deadline for submitting finished advertising materials as per the order form
